Anastasia began her career in Los Angeles in the ‘90s, where she studied under revered fashion & interior designers and launched her own design studio. Anastasia's handcrafted brand was chosen to launch in LUCKY magazine and she was asked to create the very first private label for Fred Segal in the lounge wear category. As a creative artist, trips to the L.A. Flower Mart, fabrics district and hosting open invitation dinner parties were her favorite things. A transition to event planning and floral design seemed a natural fit and she has successfully planned fabulous events from Malibu to Mexico to NYC, The Florida Keys and the Bahamas. Anastasia created the "Original Bouquet Breakdown" and worked with the developers of Pinterest during Beta Testing for their launch. An inclusivity pioneer, Anastasia developed the very first DIY wedding Apps including the first and only comprehensive Jewish ,Military, DIY, Green, Gay and Destination wedding apps.
After falling in love with New England, Anastasia moved to Boothbay Harbor , Maine and purchased a harborside property with a beautiful historic home and barn. After extensively renovating, these properties became a full service Inn and short term vacation rentals known as "Bayside Cottages" .
Unfortunately, the properties were closed down due to the 14 day quarantine during the pandemic . Anastasia moved to GA. to temporarily care for her elderly father during the Covid Lockdown.
Today, Anastasia and her amazing team are design innovators and trendsetters best known for their creative ideas, unique Destination weddings and events- highlighted by their infamous attention to detail. Anastasia is also a superhost on airbnb and is looking forward to sharing her love of interior design and vacation rental and hospitality management experience in New England and the West Coast.
In her spare time, Anastasia still enjoys shopping at Farmer's Markets, sailing and getting creative in the kitchen.
